The 20th anniversary Yerevan "Golden Apricot" international film festival will occur July 9-16. This year as well, the international film festival will present to the public competitive films from different countries and the most prestigious (Cannes, Berlin, etc.) film festivals. World cinema figures will arrive in Armenia, presenting their experience and art to cinema lovers.
"Golden Apricot" is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. In addition, this year marks the 100th anniversary of Armenian cinema, and the festival will have a particular reference to those two anniversaries.
