The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia states that according to the information received from the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the North Ossetia Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open to all vehicles.
Due to the repair of the Devdorak tunnel in the 132-135th km of the Mtskhet-Stepantsminda-Lars highway, the highway will be closed to all vehicles on April 29 from 00:00 to 06:00. Drivers will be offered an alternative route while the road is closed.
