The detained Azerbaijani servicemen did not complain about ill-treatment at the meeting with the HRD

RA HRD Anahit Manasyan visited the Azerbaijani service members who invaded Armenia and were detained.
According to Manasyan, he discussed with them the state of ensuring their rights and the detention conditions, "This information has been passed on to international partners," Manasyan said.
According to the Ministry of Human Rights, state bodies and officials received no complaints about the ill-treatment of Azerbaijani service members, "I got acquainted with the conditions of detention. Do they get drinking water, food, and no complaints were filed?"
Manasyan noted that she explained to the Azerbaijanis their fundamental rights and the nature of the judicial acts against them.
