The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia informs that according to the information received from the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the North Ossetia Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open to all vehicles.
