Today, in a conversation with journalists at the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex, RA Deputy Defense Minister Arman Sargsyan said that the situation on the front line is relatively stable.
Arman Sargsyan said to a question about the establishment of the Azerbaijani checkpoint in Lachin, "We must do everything to become strong; we must be strong and united, be a state with a modern army, which will force us not to provoke any alleged adversary."
