On April 21, the opening event of the 2023–2026 action plan for Armenia–CE cooperation, the sub-program related to promoting human rights in the armed forces of Armenia, took place.
Arman Sargsyan, Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, made a speech of welcome and noted that the Ministry of Defense highly values the implementation of measures aimed at improving human rights, legal principles, and standards anchored on the European value system in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia and the new cooperation program, which stems from the vision of the Ministry of Defense reforms. :
