The Court of Justice suspended the investigation of the "Azerbaijan v. Armenia" case

Today, the Representative of International Legal Affairs Yeghishe Kirakosyan presented to the International Court of Justice, on behalf of the Republic of Armenia, the preliminary objections of the Republic of Armenia to the complete claim filed by Azerbaijan in the Azerbaijan vs. Armenia court case under the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, arguing in an argumentative manner about the majority of the claims presented in the claim of Azerbaijan. The lack of jurisdiction of the court, the circumstance of their inadmissibility.
The court suspended the examination of the merits of the given case until the decision on the Preliminary Objections presented by Armenia is made.
