Did the Azerbaijani soldiers come to do some action or did they run away from the military unit?

Chairman of the National Defense and Security Affairs Committee Andranik Kocharyan announced in a briefing with journalists that the search for Azerbaijani service members who entered the territory of the Republic of Armenia continues.
When asked how they managed to go 20 km deep in the territory of Armenia, Kocharyan said: "And you imagine the border as a single door, did they open it, did they leave?" The border has a long length, with gullies that can be penetrated. Why don't you ask if those people who came did come to do some action or did they run away from the military unit located in the territory of Nakhichevan?"
