Arun Venkataramani, Deputy Secretary for Global Markets of the US Department of Commerce, is in Armenia.
The US Embassy wrote on its Facebook page, "The US Embassy in RA is pleased to welcome Arun Venkataraman, Under Secretary for Global Markets of the US Department of Commerce.
As part of the visit scheduled for April 6-8, US Deputy Secretary of Commerce Venkataraman will meet with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and will deliver an opening speech at the Armenian-American Strategic Dialogue session to emphasize the interest of the United States in deepening commercial ties between our two countries in various fields, including: regarding the promotion of commercial cooperation in the energy sector".
