Radar Armenia learned from Zara Amatuni, head of communication and prevention programs of the ICRC Armenia office that on April 3, the ICRC visited Vigen Euljekchyan, a Lebanese-Armenian detained in Baku.
It should be noted that last week, news spread that Vigen Euljekchyan was allegedly killed in one of the prisons of Baku.
