The total volume of investments in RA in 2022 was 1 trillion 688 billion drams. RA Economy Minister Vahan Kerobyan announced this in the National Assembly.
According to him, this is a record indicator, "If we divide by the average exchange rate of the whole year, we are talking about the volume of investments of about 3 billion 800 million dollars, which is quite a large number. In general, that number will be adjusted upwards. According to the IMF forecast, in 2022, the ratio of our investments to GDP will be 21.4%, surpassing the record 20.7% indicator of the previous year."
Kerobyan stated that the government is committed to increasing the investment-GDP ratio to 25%.
