Avet Poghosyan, RA's deputy minister of high-tech industry, will be sent to Cancun, Mexico.
As we learn from the RA Prime Minister's decision, the Deputy Minister will participate in the conference of the "Domain Names and IP Address Management" corporation ("ICANN76") in Cancun on March 13-17.
