On March 3, RA Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan received the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USA, Mrs. Kristina Kvien.
At the beginning of the meeting, the minister noted that active cooperation had been formed between Armenia and the USA and expressed hope that Armenian-American bilateral relations in the economic sphere would continue to deepen and expand during her mission.
Then the parties discussed issues related to the increase in trade turnover between the two countries, the activation of activities within the framework of the Trade and Investment Framework Agreement (TIFA), and the implementation of investment programs.
During the conversation, reference was also made to organizing joint business forums to strengthen business ties.
