The EU Embassy in RA expressed condolences to the relatives and friends of those killed in Sumgait.
"We express deep sorrow to everyone who lost a relative and friend in Sumgait 35 years ago. Acknowledging past actions is an important step on the road to reconciliation and peace," the EU embassy said.
