A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the RA Government, Lydian Armenia and EDB

On February 22, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the RA Government, Lydian Armenia, and the Eurasian Development Bank. The RA Government signed the document by Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan.
With the memorandum, a preliminary agreement was reached regarding providing a credit loan of 100 million USD to Lydian Armenia by EDB.
"The government will receive 12.5 percent of the authorized capital of Lydian Armenia for free. During the project's construction, it will pay 7 million US dollars per year to the affected communities of Amulsar as financial support," said Vahan Kerobyan.
