The PACE fact-finding group got acquainted with the consequences of Azerbaijani aggression in Sotk and Kutakan

On February 19, Gegharkunik Marz Governor Karen Sargsyan welcomed at the Vardenis Municipality Hall Kimmo Kilyunen from Finland, Boriana Oberg from Sweden, co-rapporteurs responsible for monitoring the fulfillment of commitments of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), who arrived in Gegharkunik on a fact-finding mission, National Assembly Deputy Speaker Ruben Rubinyan and a member of the National Assembly. Vladimir Vardanyan presented the damages caused by the Azerbaijani aggression on September 13-14, 2022.
Then accompany the fact-finding group to the Sotk and Kutakan settlements on the border of Vardenis to observe the damage suffered and the restoration works already done.
