The Minister of Finance and the Ambassador of Japan discussed directions of cooperation

Minister of Finance Vahe Hovhannisyan met today with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan Fukushima Masanori.
Minister Hovhanisyan, welcoming the ambassador, noted that Armenia has plans for cooperation with the finance ministries of several countries in a bilateral format and emphasized that it would be helpful to consider the possibility of such collaboration with the Japanese side as well.
Ambassador Fukushima Masanori, expressing his gratitude for the reception, congratulated Vahe Hovhannisyan on his appointment as the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Armenia and wished him fruitful work.
During the meeting, the interlocutors also discussed future cooperation directions and other mutual interest issues.
