Be different with an Armenian phone call; the State Symphony Orchestra of Armenia and Team presented a new project.

Artistic Director and Chief Conductor of the State Symphony Orchestra of Armenia, Sergey Smbatyan, and General Director of Team Telecom Armenia, Hayk Yesayan, announced the release of recordings of Armenian ringtones by international standards. The prestigious American company "Parma Recordings" recorded the Armenian bells and released them under the label "Armsymphony Records." The professional recording was made by "Grammy" award-nominated sound engineer Jan Košulić.

As the conductor Sergey Smbatyan mentioned during the press conference, excerpts from the most famous works of Armenian composers, which are recognizable to the general public, were selected for the recording. The project aims to popularize Armenian classical music internationally through excerpts of famous works.

Komitas' "Kakavik," excerpts from Aram Khachatryan's "Gayane" and "Spartak" ballets, "Masquerade" drama music, Arno Babajanyan's Nocturne, excerpts from Alexander Harutyunyan's Trumpet Concerto, Eduard Baghdasaryan's Nocturne, Ghazaros Saryan's Symphonic Pictures, Avet Terteryan's from Symphony No. 3 from Stepan Shakaryan's "Tsitsernak" and Tigran Mansuryan's melodies from movies were recorded.

According to Maestro Smbatyan, the development map of the initiative is currently being discussed with colleagues. And it is pleased that in implementing their plans, they have like-minded people in the form of Team Telecom Armenia, whose support projects aimed at popularizing Armenian compositional art are carried out.

General Director of Team Telecom Armenia Hayk Yesayan emphasized that it is essential for their organization to bear social responsibility in the fields of education, science, and culture. According to Mr. Yesayan, in this project, high technologies and art intersect interestingly; through technologies, Armenian content can be easily presented to the world. Officials of Team Telecom Armenia emphasize that they are ready to use all resources so that Armenian content becomes available on digital platforms and gets general recognition in the world market.

The press conference speakers mentioned that they are discussing the issue of continuing the project and enriching the series of Armenian calls.

It should be noted that recorded melodies can also be used as background music for videos on social networks. The ringtones are currently available on iTunes and will soon be available on other music apps. To download, you need to search for Armenian Ringtones in iTunes.
