Several actions carried out by Azerbaijan may not be considered a separate violation. Still, in combination, their sequence, form of manifestation, and duration indicate that they are a violation of human rights. human rights defender Nina Karapetyants said this in a conversation with Radar Armenia, referring to the actions of Azerbaijanis filming and distributing the video of the minors who were transferred from Armenia to Artsakh yesterday.
According to the human rights defender, the authorities of Artsakh and Armenia received a brilliant chance from the first day of the blockade, and now they have received additional playing cards to prove once again that the issue of the status of Artsakh should be raised very strictly and acutely.
According to Nina Karapetyants, the actions of the Azerbaijani side can be used against Azerbaijan to advance the issue of the status of Artsakh because they are another believer that the Armenians of Artsakh cannot live within Azerbaijan for even one day, "All the actions of Azerbaijan, starting with the blockade, ending with rhetoric, as well as the latest video shared with the participation of Artsakh children, in their combination, are an excellent basis to show why Artsakh cannot be part of Azerbaijan."
