Lars is open to all vehicles

The RA Ministry of Internal Affairs informs that according to the information received from the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the North Ossetia Crisis Management Center of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open to all vehicles.
