There will be restrictions on the provision of public food services in Artsakh

Artsakh information headquarters informs that the government has decided to set restrictions on providing public food services.
Based on Article 11, Part 1, Clause 4 of the Law "On the Legal Regime of Martial Law" and guided by Clause 3.1 of the Decree of the President of the Artsakh Republic dated December 13, 2022 NH-1792-N and the President of the Artsakh Republic of September 2017 According to points 6 and 92 of the order established by the decree NH-108-N of 25, the government of the Republic of Artsakh has decided to set restrictions on the provision of public food services.
The decision takes effect on December 29, 2022, at 1:00 p.m.
