The last meeting of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Azerbaijan with the Armenians held there took place in December. Zara Amatuni, head of communication programs of the ICRC Armenia office, said this in a conversation with Radar Armenia.
According to her, making phone calls and exchanging Red Cross letters and video messages with relatives was possible.
