The Twitter page of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights reports:
"We call on Armenia and Azerbaijan to solve the problems through dialogue, urgently ensure free and safe movement through the Lachin Corridor, protect human rights and avoid negative humanitarian impact on the civilian population."
