The President was present at the scientific conference entitled "Current Problems of Socio-Economic Development in Armenia."
The President of the Republic, Vahagn Khachaturyan, was present at the scientific conference organized by the Institute of Economics named after M. Kotanyan of the National Academy of Sciences under the title "Current Problems of Socio-Economic Development in Armenia."
The conference was dedicated to the 65th birthday of Vladimir Harutyunyan, longtime director of the Institute of Economics. Greeting the attendees, President Khachaturyan thanked them for organizing the event and emphasized the importance of holding similar conferences and seminars.
In his speech, Vahagn Khachaturyan referred to the scientific activity of Vladimir Harutyunyan and emphasized his initiative and great desire to serve the development of the state as much as possible with his knowledge and experience.
"I am very sorry that Vladimir is not with us today, he would give us good advice and would be useful, but of course, at the same time, I am also convinced that what he left at the institute, the traditions he was able to create, are a continuation will have," the president emphasized.
