The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that there are closed highways in the RA territory. The roads leading from "Amberd" high mountain meteorological station in the Aragatsotn region to Amberd castle and Kari lake are closed.
There is snow in Vardenis of the Gegharkunik region, Vanadzor of the Lori region, Spitak, Stepanavan, Hrazdan, and Charentsavan of the Kotayk region, Goris, Sisian, Kajaran, Kapan, Meghri cities of Syunik region, in the area called "Meghru Sar," in the bends of Dilijan of the Tavush region, Aragats of the Aragatsotn region, Tsaghkahovit regions, and in the Saravan-Zanger section.
There is fog in the Vardenyats mountain pass, in the Saravan-"Zanger" section, in the bends of Dilijan in the Tavush region, in Noyemberyan city, in the high areas of Syunik region, and in Goris city. There is ice in some places on the Saravan-Zanger highway.
According to the information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Crisis Management Center of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs of North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for all vehicles.
