The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia reports that on November 21-24, the advisory group of the NATO "Partnership for Peace" consortium of the "Development of Defense Education" program in Armenia held a seminar titled "The role and importance of the professional sergeant system in the modern armed forces" for representatives of the RA Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces.
Within the framework of the event, foreign partners presented the features and development trends of the professional sergeant system in the modern armed forces, its role in the armed forces, and modern warfare.
The advisory group of the "Development of Defense Education" Armenian program was received by the Chief of the General Staff of the RA Armed Forces, First Deputy Minister of Defense, Major General Edward Asryan.
