Do the Russian and US embassies see security risks in the RA border zone?

On November 15, the US Embassy in Armenia updated the advice section for people traveling to Armenia.

According to a statement from the embassy, the Travel.state.gov website on November 15 reflected the warning published on the website of the US Embassy on September 23 for US citizens, which contained information about places where after the attacks of September 13 and 14 trips of embassy employees and their family members for non-essential purposes were prohibited.
