Deputy Speaker of the RA National Assembly, special representative of Armenia in the Armenia-Turkey settlement process Ruben Rubinyan posted to his Facebook page that he met with Archbishop Father Sahak Mashalyan, the Armenian Patriarch of Constantinople, at the Mother See.
"We talked about the Armenia-Turkey settlement process," Rubinyan wrote.
