In response to Radar Armenia's inquiry, the Department of Property Crimes of the RA General Prosecutor's Office informed us that in 2021, 229 criminal cases related to computer theft were revealed; 11 persons were involved as accused, and 16 issues regarding 22 persons were sent to the court with an indictment.
"In the first half of 2022, 263 criminal cases related to computer theft were revealed, decisions were made regarding 33 persons to be accused, 10 cases regarding 11 persons were sent to the court with an indictment," says the response of the General Prosecutor's Office.
