In the second reading, the National Assembly fully adopted the draft law "On the Regulation of Arms Circulation" presented by Andranik Kocharyan, Armen Khachatryan, and Vilen Gabrielyan, deputies of the "Civil Contract" faction.
The bill regulates the relations arising in connection with the circulation of military products, civilian, service, hand combat firearms, and weapons in RA.
According to the rationale, the project aims to ensure public safety and strengthen international cooperation in the fight against the illegal proliferation of weapons and crime.
