The ICRC participated in the repatriation of 17 Armenian prisoners of war as a neutral mediator

Today, on October 4, the ICRC, as a neutral intermediary, participated in the repatriation operation, during which the Azerbaijani authorities returned to the Armenian side the Armenians detained in connection with the September military operations.
"Among the returnees are the people whom we visited on September 23," said the statement issued by the ICRC.
It is worth noting that today the Azerbaijani side returned 17 Armenian prisoners of war to the Armenian side with the mediation of the USA.
