In 2021, among the holidays and memorial days of the Republic of Armenia, another one was fixed - the Day of National Minorities of the Republic of Armenia, which is celebrated on the first Sunday of October.
Armenia's national minorities, as part of the world's nationalities family, are an inseparable part of Armenia's population, enriching Armenia with their identity.
By enshrining this day in the list of holidays in our country, we tend to draw the public's attention to a small but essential part of our country, representatives of different nationalities living side by side, to their identity, recognition, and solving of problems.
