Russian Ambassador to RA Sergey Kopirkin stated that withdrawing troops to the exit positions is the only reliable basis for solving the problems.
During the visit of foreign diplomats to Gegharkunik Marz, Ambassador Kopirkin said: "Russia is doing everything in its power to continue the process of political settlement, launched by the tripartite statement of November 9, 2020, despite all the problems and contradictions.
It is not easy; it requires a lot of effort, but we have done it and intend to do it in the future."
Touching upon the issue of supplying arms to Armenia from Russia, Kopirkin emphasized that he is not ready to comment on that topic, considering its sensitivity. "Professionals should do it, but it is an area that is part of our alliance relationship."
