Since September 13, after the military aggression against Armenia, Azerbaijani civil planes do not enter the airspace of Armenia. Radar Armenia learned about this from the RA Civil Aviation Committee.
In response to our inquiry, the committee informed us that the RA airspace has never been closed for civilian aircraft, including Azerbaijani and Turkish planes. "From September 13 until now, Azerbaijani civil aircraft have not used RA airspace, while Turkish civil aircraft continue to use it."
In response to the question: Are the flights from Armenia to Turkey continuing? The RA Aviation Committee informed that the flights to Turkey are made according to the published schedule. "The Armenian airline "Fly One Armenia" in the direction of Yerevan-Istanbul-Yerevan, and the Turkish airline "Pegasus Airlines" in the directions of Istanbul-Yerevan-Istanbul and Antalya-Yerevan-Antalya continue to operate their flights."
