In a conversation with Radar Armenia today, Armine Avagyan, the assistant to the governor of Syunik, RA, said that the road from Sisian to Noravan was damaged by enemy fire in the Syunik region.
According to her: "We have no injured civilians. The road is working, but it has been damaged."
