At the moment, the enemy is not firing in the direction of the Inner Hand settlement. Khachatur Baghdasaryan, the head of Nerkin Hand administrative district, said in a conversation with Radar Armenia that the infrastructures were not destroyed, and houses were not hit.
According to him, no citizens are injured by enemy fire in Inner Hand.
It should be noted that on September 13, from 00:05, the units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces began to fire intensively from artillery and large-caliber rifles in the direction of Goris, Sotk, and Jermuk in the direction of the Armenian positions, targeting the civilian population as well. According to the confirmed data of the military department, the Armenian side has 49 victims.
