The RA Ministry of Defense reports that as of 04:00, the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border remains complicated. The skirmish started due to large-scale provocation by the Azerbaijani side and continues with unabated intensity.
"The adversary continues to use artillery, mortars, ATS, and large-caliber rifle weapons. Both military and civilian infrastructures are being attacked. In some directions, the Azerbaijani units have taken positional advancement actions; the positional battles are continuing.
The Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia deliver an adequate response to the enemy and fully fulfill the combat tasks. Data on the losses of the Armenian side are being verified."
