On September 13, at 00:05, the units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces began to fire intensively from artillery and large-caliber rifles in the direction of Goris, Sotk and Jermuk towards the Armenian positions, targeting the civilian population as well.
In a conversation with Radar Armenia, Jermuk council member Suzanna Avetisyan said that the city's infrastructure was not damaged by enemy fire. "In some places, windows were only broken. There were no casualties or injuries among the citizens. Mostly children and women were evacuated," added Avetisyan.
It should be noted that according to the military department, the situation has not changed.
It is worth noting that the Government has already appealed to the Russian Federation, the UN Security Council, and the CSTO regarding the aggression against the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
