The reliable facts regarding the intentional targeting of the civilian population of Artsakh by the Azerbaijani armed forces are incredibly worrying and should be subject to proper investigation and evaluation.
The United Nations Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination recently spoke about the dangerous levels of systemic Armenian hatred in that country.
