The Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia reported that due to the transition to the new customs management system, Georgian authorities would close the Ninotsminda customs point on the border with Armenia on September 9, from 11:00 to 23:00. The new building of the Bavra customs office is ready for operation, the employees are moving there, so it will take time to move to the new building.
The length of the Armenian-Georgian border is 224 km. Besides Ninotsminda, there are two more customs points on the wall: Sadakhlo and Guguti.
