The MPs of Artsakh submitted a petition to release Mikayel Arzumanyan

Deputies of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh submitted a petition to the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, State Counselor of the Second Class of Justice A. Davtyan and Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia, State Counselor of the Third Class of Justice A. Kyaramyan.
According to the press and public relations department of the National Assembly of Artsakh, the MPs propose to revise the detention applied to Mikayel Arzumanyan as a preventive measure and to replace it with a preventive arrest.
