The initiative to change the law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" was positively evaluated

The RA Ministry of Economy informs that on September 5, Deputy Ministers Ani Ispiryan and Armen Arzumanyan met with non-governmental organizations representatives to discuss the RA Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and the existing problems in the field.
Opinions were voiced regarding raising the level of consumer awareness, the need for different regulations in the field of online shopping, and the role of state bodies in controlling the rules of the sector.
The meeting participants positively evaluated the initiative to make changes in the law and proposed to revise some provisions of the related laws as well.
