580 million drams for the construction, design, and examination of several facilities
The RA Government redistributed the state budget and allocated 580 million drams to construct, design, and examine several facilities.
Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures Gnel Sanosyan mentioned that out of 580 million drams, 549 million are for construction, and the rest are for technical, copyright control, and expertise. "We have seven objects where the building is underway; we are allocating money for that. In one of them, the construction company did not do the work; we had to cancel the contract, and we announced a new tender, so we are allocating money again. It is the bridge near Haghartsin village. We have 4 designs, and 6 examination works.
According to Sanosyan, there are many bridges in that series. "We have been paying a lot of attention to bridges in the road construction works of recent years because sometimes they are invisible, but there are time wear and other problems that need to be solved.
We believe that the major repair of the road bypassing Yerevan to Masis through the Abovyan-Arinj-Jrvezh section will facilitate the traffic of our citizens who want to go to the Ararat valley. They will not need to enter Yerevan, and the flow in Yerevan will be eased."
