Tigran Avinyan, former Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, a member of the board of the "Civil Contract" party, addressed the topic of the sale of fireworks materials in a briefing with journalists. Avinyan said to the question, "What will be the future fate of those involved in the sale of these materials?" "Restrictions will cause problems for some businessmen. Here the question is cultural: we have to decide whether it is acceptable for people to organize fireworks at birthdays, weddings, and birthdays at the expense of the rest of the population living in that area. We need to understand whether we want that kind of business. This business will not disappear; it will continue to work, it will be subject to certain licensing, and certain types of events will be allowed."
Avinyan noted that many important details should be discussed with business people, particularly related to the types of fireworks. According to Avinyan, many types are silent and safe.
Today, Tigran Avinyan participated in the discussion organized by Sisak Gabrielyan, the chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Diaspora, Youth, and Sports.
