The victims' families and the injured due by the "Surmalu" explosion will be given compensation
RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Narek Mkrtchyan, informed that it is planned to provide social support to the families of the victims (including the missing person) and those who were injured (mutilated, injured) as a result of the explosion in the "Surmalu" shopping center on August 14.
"Accordingly, we propose to provide support:
1. in case of injury (mutilation, injury):
• 150,000 drams for persons treated in hospital for up to three days,
• persons treated in hospital for three or more days, for AMD 300,000.
2. in the case of families of victims (including the missing people), AMD 3,000,000 for each victim.
3. in the absence of accurate information on the family members (beneficiaries) of the deceased persons (including the missing people), for 1,000,000 drams (the initial amount of one-time monetary assistance is calculated)".
