As a result of the joint actions of the Environmental Protection and Subsoil Inspection Authority and police officers during the struggle against the circulation of illegal timber in several states of the Republic, on August 27, a "Zil" brand truck was found in Ttujur village of Chambarak community of Gegharkunik state, in which there was illegally transported timber disguised with sawdust bags.
As the RA environmental protection and subsoil inspection body reports, the truck was moved to a specially protected area by the police. The circumstances are being clarified.
