On August 25, at 07:59, the Lori regional crisis management center received information about an accident on the Spitak-Vanadzor highway. There are injured and stranded citizens.
The operative group of the Ministry of ES regional rescue department and one combat unit from the fire-rescue squad went to the scene.
It was found that "Chrysler" (driver: MH, born in 1987) and "Volkswagen" cars collided on the 4th km of the Spitak-Vanadzor highway.
Before reaching where the rescuers were called, the passenger of the "Volkswagen" car, V. S., was hospitalized in Spitak Medical Center.
The rescuers demarcated the area and removed the citizen's body from the "Volkswagen" car.
