On August 23, at 2:06 p.m., Syunik regional crisis management center was alerted that grass was burning in the " Zanger " area in Sisian.
One combat unit from the fire-rescue squad of the regional rescue department of the Ministry of ES went to the scene of the incident.
The fire was contained at 16:38 and extinguished at 17:18. About 17 hectares of the harvested wheat field were burned.
