"Discussions are underway so that the architects can finalize the upper, unfinished part of the "Cascade" complex." Ashot Sargsyan, a Yerevan Council of Elders member, said this in a conversation with Radar Armenia.
According to him, since the stairs of the complex are unfinished, they should be climbed to the end, after which the complex will have a finished look. That is what is being discussed.
However, Sargsyan did not clarify whether Armenian or foreign companies would carry out the construction and architectural works. He only mentioned that it is still the stage of discussions.
