Unbanning of the enforcement service is now automated. The Ministry of Justice reported this.
By making the necessary payment through IDBank, the unban will be carried out in one day, instead of the previous 5-7 days. Simplification of the process has become possible thanks to the introduction of digital solutions. As a result of the cooperation between CRPS and IDBank, a pilot program is launched, which will save time and human resources and automate the entire process.
Thus, when the enforcement service sends a request for confiscation to the bank, the latter's response will be received automatically from now on, without human intervention, therefore, in the event of the full availability of the amount subject to confiscation and the possibility of carrying out the confiscation, all types of liens applied by the National Security Agency, including the remaining amount and accounts will be unbanned within one business day.
